Manual way to remove restrictions, but more simplified

1. Follow the path:
/data/data/com.android.providers.settings/databases/
2. open this base:
settings.db
3. Go to the table: secure
4. Add a new entry, in the name field write 'sms_outgoing_check_max_count ’(without quotes)
, in the value field, write the value 999999

5. Go to the table: system
6. Add a new entry, in the name field write 'sms_outgoing_check_max_count ’(without quotes)
, in the value field, write the value 999999

7. Come out

8. Follow the path:
/data/data/com.google.android.gsf/databases/
9. open this base:
gservices.db
10. Go to the table: main
11. Add a new entry, in the name field write 'sms_outgoing_check_max_count ’(without quotes)
, in the value field, write the value 999999

12. Come out
